:10.大腿热身
直立,右脚在前,左脚在后.左腿膝盖微微弯曲,然后做下蹲动作,注意下蹲时保持平衡,用力往下压,持续20-30秒,然后更换另一支腿,做相同的动作.

11.全身热身
  挺直站立,双腿并拢,双手十指交握翻动关节,脚尖踮高,全身尽量往上伸展,如此上伸、重复练习3次.

12.全身放松运动
跳动动作:将左小腿往后抬跳,用左手拍左脚脚背,右小腿也交叉做同样的跳动动作.
